Welcome, to unlocking the capacity in your school

Throughout 2023, school leaders have been engaging with School Improvement Tracker to help release the experience and knowledge inside their school teams to both improve schools but also to help to engage staff across their organisation.

This short introduction will outline the SIAT model and our approach to engaging with all staff members in order to create self-improving organsiations.

The seminar includes a brief demonstration, details of our research around staff ‘agency’ and case study information on how to embed SIAT in your school.
